This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position.
Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of
employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified
in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will
provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to
the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will
provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the

Inputting/posting of invoices/receiving reports. preparation of check payments to suppliers, filing and record keeping. Checking validity of invoices against purchase orders before processing payments. Receives remittances/payments from delivery men and walk-in customers and prepares deposit ticket. Coordinate with the Accountant regarding discrepancies encountered on company payables and receivables and may perform reconciliation if needed. Answer phones, take and process customer orders as well as assist walk-in customers. Prepare and print invoices based on picking orders. Prepare documents for off-island deliveries. Compute, classify and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers. Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store and analyze information. Operate 10-key calculators, typewriters, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents. Comply with all applicable CNMI local and federal tax reports. Record and process invoices for payments and pay vendors in a timely manner. Prepares and processes biweekly payroll. Prepare bank deposits and monthly bank reconciliation. Must be able to prepare tax returns, business and financial reports, billings and collections, payroll and budgeting duties. Perform other related duties as may be required from time to time by the employer.
